However, with such a limited number of tests available, it is important to identify other exams which can also be used. This makes the 4 paid exams highly valuable, and so I advise my students to save them until the end of their study periods. You can expect your score to be very close to what you would have scored on test day. As the authors and administrators of the exam, the AAMC offers the most representative and accurate exams.
